The individual previously declared wanted has returned from abroad and voluntarily surrendered to authorities. He was placed before the court today and has been granted bail.
The court set bail at GHS 100,000 with two sureties. Additionally, the accused has been ordered to deposit his passport and report to the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) every two weeks as investigations continue.
